Ore stone color sorter machine
Ore stone color sorting machine is widely used for Ore producer to classify and purify quartz sand, remove black or other impurity throught color difference. It is designed for Ore manufacturer with high production capacity. Ore color sorting machine is also used to sort quartz sand,calcium carbonate,fluorite,potash feldspar,albite granules and etc.(size range 5cm-120mesh)for it is installed colorful CCD camera with high definition and accuracy.

Working principle of ore color sorter:
Ore color sorter machine can separate bad material of ore stone and other ore by slightly color difference, color sorter machine can also used to classify materials, remove impurity, recently shape sorting is also used for classification.
High speed CCD camera scans objects that fall from vibrating chutes, ejectors will blow away the material with different color through compressed air, optimized algorithm is the core technology of color sorter machine, our machine can also reject material by only the photo, it is so efficient for changeover.
